The job
Weed, edge, and re-mulch planting beds along a downtown streetscape. Hand tools only — no mowers, trimmers, or powered equipment of any kind, which is exactly the kind of grounds work we take on. Tools, mulch, gloves, and vests provided. Outdoor and physical, with a visible result at the end of the day.
What we handle
- Vendor registration and the bid itself
- Licensing, general liability insurance, and workers’ comp
- All government paperwork and invoicing
- Paying you on our schedule, not the agency’s net-30
You handle showing up and doing the work.
